I can't believe it's not beef.

I love burgers. Loooooove. A big juicy burger with mayo, extra fries, and a beer on a Saturday night. God bless America.

Welp, it's not Saturday.
It's Thursday at 7 PM and I just led a Weight Watchers meeting.

Go to the freezer for inspiration.
Burgers it is!

My husband and I compared the nutrition facts of regular tiny beef burgers to big turkey burgers...easy choice.
I just figured there would be more protein in beef. Only 2.5 oz!
Butterball original seasoned turkey burger*A few more calories in turkey, but way bigger burger, more protein. Less fat. I'll take it. 5.33 ounces! (If you don't know how many ounces or grams something is, just convert it using Siri on your phone or Google) I thawed in microwaved then sizzled in the skillet with EVOO, adobo and pepper about 8 min per side

You're welcome.

So in about 20 minutes, I enjoyed a turkey burger, piece of fat free cheese, 1 slice thin maple bacon, 2 pieces honey wheat Fiber One bread, mixed greens with balsamic...for 11 WW PPV and about 400 calories. Yes please!

Not too shabby. We always have choices. Don't let excuses ruin them. Enjoy!
