1 scoop chocolate protein( I have GNC casein right now)
1 cup Danon light and fit vanilla greek yogurt (if you like the plain stuff and less ingredients-Faje is great)
Splash of almond milk to thin it out
1/2 c fresh raspberries
Stir and enjoy like it's froyo. Mind blowing post workout protein packed dessert.
