Easiest, tastiest, low carb buff chix

This can't get any easier or healthier. Alex and I are obsessed with buff chix salad/dip but it is high on the fat/calorie list. I want it 24/7 so I had to find another way. 


Crock pot some chix breasts with Frank's red hot on low. That's it. Drain the liquid, let cool and add plain greek yogurt- I went with the full fat kind for the thick and creamy factor. No need for cheese at all. Add more hot if you like. 
You could impress the heck out of your friends and bring this to any party with celery sticks and they'd have no idea it's healthy.

Serve on top of salad, in a wrap, or as a hott dip. I'm eating it cold with a spoon. I made 7 chicken breasts so this is lunch for the week on cold zoodles.
