Simplify meal prep

I often hear people talk about Sunday meal prep day being like this all day affair that includes never leaving the kitchen. It doesn't have to be like that. Especially when it's this nice out. Come on now.

My last post was about buff chix. It can't get easier than the crock pot. Zucchini was on sale so I stocked up and made cold zoodles to be my salad base instead of lettuce. My weight watchers always talk about keeping fresh fruit clean and ready in the fridge so I took after them with grapes and strawberries. Sweet potatoes cooked in the microwave. It's not gourmet, but I'm done. Keep it manageable! People quit their plans because it takes too long, they're busy, it's boring, it's expensive. Yada yada yada. I've heard it all. Simplify.
