Crockpot steak and cheese

This isn't groundbreaking or anything, but if it saves a fellow busy person an evening by the stove then I'm happy to help. I was home for 30 minutes to change, walk dog, and eat before teaching boot camp. 

Crockpot on low:

1 partially thawed pound of shaved beef 
1 sliced onion 
2 sliced green peppers 
1 tbs olive oil 
1 tsp seasoning salt 

Cook all day. I was worried the beef would overcook but it was so tender. 

I had it on wheat toast with 1
Tbs mayo and 1 slice fat free cheese. Guesstimated about 3 oz of meat. Delish!!!
