It's very rare I get to sit down and eat a real lunch. And research shows sitting down and taking your time helps you stay satisfied longer.
This is chicken with mayo, S&P and hoisin on romaine. Finished the plate with a mango. Not that fancy. But my eyes and belly are smiling.
Also, eating less grains rocks. Try it. I always feel my best when I do.
