Healthy Single Serve Apple Crisp

It's fall ya'll. Everywhere we look, there's another delicious, fatty, sugary treat awaiting us.  Here's a way to practice portion control and still enjoy dessert. Or breakfast. Or snack.

Isn't it pretty?  6 WW SmartPoints
INSTRUCTIONS----Chop the apples and microwave separately for one minute - mix the sugar, cinnamon, coconut oil (probably not needed honestly) and oats- microwave that separately for one min. Then combine both, cook for 1 more minute and top with 2 tbs whipped. Enjoy!

I've been using the Weight Watchers app more to track what I'm eating-not because I'm trying to lose weight, I'm 26 weeks pregnant, but because I worked my ass off to lose the weight and I never want to slip into bad habits again. I want to have 30 lbs to lose, not 60. I hope to lead a WW meeting again in 2017.

It's easy to say "Welllll, it's not too bad, baby's hungry! And I went to spin class today..." and then eat 4 pieces of pizza. I'm guilty. Speaking of that- spin is an amazing workout while pregnant since it's no impact but all legs/cardio. I've enjoyed bobbing around and the core work in water aerobics lately as well. I can't say enough about the energy and happiness from daily exercise-ESPECIALLY while pregnant.
