Shrimp, Pasta/Zoodles, and Creamy, Cheesy, Tomato Sauce

Let me just catch your attention real quick...this whole plate, with butternut squash zoodles=5 Weight Watchers SmartPoints. With 1.5 cups penne, just 13 points.

Again, this stems from figuring out how to use what I have in my pantry and fridge.

Sauce- mix in your blender, heat in microwave. Can't get much easier. Makes four 1/2 cup servings. How do I know that? Because I measured it out and used my Weight Watchers app recipe builder. 1/2 cup=4 SmartPoints

2 TBS light sour cream
4 TBS whipped cream cheese
4 TBS grated parmesan cheese
2/3 c skim milk
2/3 c tomato sauce
1/2 TBS minced garlic
1 tsp crushed red pepper flake
S&P to your liking



































Served over 1.5 cups of penne pasta with 12 steamed shrimp, oregano, parsley, and basil, this whole plate is 13 points.

I unfortunately gobbled mine before taking a picture with butternut zoodles. My husband said, and I quote, "Let me try those zoodles. See, I would've eaten that."  Woman created, Man approved. It was so good he is currently doing the dishes. And I didn't even yell at him.
