This may be the tastiest noodle dish I've made yet! Rivals a restaurant with the fresh taste of sesame oil and ginger mmmmmm <3
Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice noodles
1 TBS Olive Oil
2 chicken breasts
Frozen sliced peppers
Sauce:
1 TBS Sesame Oil
2 TBS Soy sauce
2 TBS Sugar
1/2 TBS Crushed ginger
4 cloves chopped garlic
2 limes
Tbs red pepper flakes
Directions
- Place dry rice noodles in pot with 4 cups boiling water, let sit for 7 minutes while continuing prep.
- Slice chicken in thin strips and sautee in 2 tbs olive oil in frying pan on high.
- Add sliced peppers, cook 10 minutes.
- Add sauce mixure, stir and allow to bubble and coat all chicken and peppers, stir in strained noodles.
- Toss all ingredients to incorporate sauce.
- Turn off heat, let sit 2 minutes.
- Serve with squeeze of fresh lime and red pepper flakes to taste.
