3 SmartPoints Mugcake-Low Carb, Gluten and Dairy Free!
We all need a little chocolate now and then don't we? Like, every night? That can end badly for our waistlines if you're like me and can put back a whole sleeve of Oreos in 5 minutes. Okay actually 4. Sleeves.
I give you, the fudgey, sinful, delicious, 80 second mug cake with 10 grams of protein.
Mix in a bowl:
3 TBS Almond flour (3 WW SmartPoints, all other ingredients are ZEROOO)
1 egg
2 TBS almond milk
1 TBS Cocoa Powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch baking powder
2.5 tsp Stevia (or more if you really want to, or sub sugar and include added SmartPoints)
Add mixture to a PAMed mug and microwave for 80 seconds.
Allow to cool slightly and top however you wish.
I went with 1 TBS creamy peanut butter for 3 SmartPoints.
You could do PB2, Halo Top or Enlightened high protein ice cream,
whipped cream, or fresh fruit.
This also makes a great breakfast or snack!
