Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Smoothie

Happy Thanksgiving! 

It's coming quickly. And normally I would be running my tail off preparing for the Turkey Trot 5k but this year I'm stuck in a walking boot. -torn tendon in my calf 10/28- Weeee! 

I've been able to lift but without big cardio, I've reeeeally been focusing on food. 3 weeks in the boot, down 4 lbs. Go figure. 

Enough about me, this smoothie is glorious. 


At 8 WW PointsPlus and 327 calories, this smoothie packs 27 grams of protein for just 2 grams of fat. 

**WW tip, use recipe builder on ETools if you have it. Fruits and veggies are no longer 0 points when they are puréed or liquified. Your body doesn't have to work to digest them. I just finally verified this in a company training. 

**Life tip, a medium Iced pumpkin swirl coffee at Dunks, black, has 37 grams of sugar. STAY AWAY FROM THE SWIRLS. 

Add ice and water, vanilla extract, CINNAMON or PIE SPICE❤️, and sweetener if you like. The cottage cheese packs a protein punch and gives creaminess and cheesiness. Enjoy in cup of your choosing. 

2/3 cup pumpkin, 1/3 c cottage cheese. Frozen banana.
