Breakfast burritos! 8 WW SmartPoints

These are so incredibly tasty, affordable, convenient, filling, and packed with protein.




Prep time: 15 minutes
Weight Watchers Freestyle points: 8 Points per burrito

Ingredients:

5 Fiber One Honey Wheat wraps (You could do 6 or 7, but I like them STUFFED!)
1 cup fat free refried beans
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
PAM Spray
1.5 cups sliced frozen peppers and onions
Burrito Seasoning
5 Banquet Lite Original Sausage links, diced
1 6 oz Thin and Trim ham steak, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Shmeer refried beans on wraps and lay out on individual tin foil wrappers for easy packaging. #assemblyline
2. Scramble eggs in PAMed frying pan with milk, set aside in mixing bowl when cooked and soft
3. PAM your pan, cook frozen peppers with burrito seasoning, sausage, and ham
4. Mix with eggs and cheese
5. Evenly distribute into wraps, roll, wrap, and store in fridge!
6. Heat for about 80 seconds, in 20 second intervals flipping each time, top with hot sauce or taco sauce and enjoy!
