Guilt Free Pizza Night


When you eat pizza pie that won't go to your thighs...that's amore. 

The old me:order delivery-stay in my pajamas-don't forget the CinnaStix and extra Ranch!!!...has changed. 

I often hear women say, "But my husband/kids wanted pizza..." My dog wants treats too but I don't have to eat those. I made pizza for Alex. I had every intention of having a smaller personal one until I measured 3 oz of the dough and realized that was boring. So I got creative and remembered I had FlatOut crusts in my freezer. 

You can weigh raw pizza dough. Your measuring cups and tools are essential when it comes to portion control. Keep them handy. Use them. 

If you're super hungry, 2 FlatOut pizza crusts-cut in half and trick yourself into thinking "I get to eat 4 whole pizzas tonight!" 

1/2 c cheese. 1/4 c is the serving on the bag. That ain't enough. 

1 Tbs reduced fat shredded cheese. 

4.5 oz chicken. I had no clue what that was until I  actually measured it. This scale was 1.99 at Rite Aid.
