I should really start posting some recipes...

Tonight's "Turkey Taco Tuesday" (our new tradition) really reminded me to get on this blog thing. I've put it off long enough. And this picture made me realize uhh hey, I'm pretty good at this. So here you go. To everyone who told me my food pics on Facebook were annoying, I give you this blog. Now share the hell out of it with all your friends and family. More to come.

Turkey Tacos
Sautee: 1.3 lbs ground 99% fat free turkey. 1 tbs EVOO. 2 tbs Goya Mole sauce. 1 reduced sodium taco seasoning packet.

or any other vegetable spiralizer to make ZOODLES-zucchini noodles and summer squash. You can quickly steam or sautée them or just have them as raw salad like I did.

Top with some microwaved canned refried black beans, 2 tbs FF sour cream.

Add cilantro because it smells great and makes it look like you know how to cook. Presentation is everything. This plate looked gross once I mixed it all together.
