Recipes-shrimp stir fry and sausage stuffed peppers

Quick and easy is the theme when it's hot out.

Instant white rice-1 cup prepared (5 WW PPV)
20 shrimp-(3 WW PPV)
Veggies, olive oil, garlic, stevia, soy sauce. Boom 



Thanks to a friend for posting her stuffed peppers idea. I got sausage and peppers on sale. 

Each one has 1.5 italian sausages in it-cooked in boiling water then diced up. Just covered with 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese. Steam the peppers first. Stuff. Bake 350 for 15 minutes. 6 WW PPV each. I should've added some diced tomatoes but whatever.
