Overnight Oats-PB Choconana with protein


I know oats are a great whole-grain and source of energy but oatmeal when it's hot out is just horrible. And oatmeal raisin cookies don't count. So overnight oats in the fridge = amazingggg. 

With the help of Pinterest and a couple Internet clicks I'm sure you can find a combination that works for you. Here's what I looked forward to after rolling out of bed for a 3 mile run:

1/2 cup oats 
1 cup Silk almond coconut milk 
2 tbs almond meal 
1 tbs chia seeds 
1/2 scoop Quest PB protein 
1 banana 
1 tsp cocoa powder
2 tbs golden flax 

Mix and let thicken overnight. 

Protein porridge. Boom. 

525 cals. It's a big bowl.
