avocado salsa

After I go for a long run and indulge in all things gluten (DONUTS!) this is what I'm bringing to Easter :-) 



 

Easy, colorful, healthy, and delicious. 

In a tbs of olive oil: sizzle up corn and black beans with some salt. I used canned. #convenient 

Chop up 5 avocados. Or however many you wish 😍and two tomatoes. Add half a diced red onion. Squeeze in 2 limes. 
Add in jalapeños (I used half can) and guac seasoning. Again, #convenient 

Mix all together. The hot beans and corn will help mush up the avocado. 

Enjoy with chips. Or just a spoonful.
Great salad topper or pair with grilled chicken. 

Yum! Impress your friends.
