Chocolate PB Banana Donuts-Gluten and Dairy Free!

Revel's cousin has some food allergies and we wanted to make him something special on this chilly Sunday. I was on a mission to make a sweet treat (that was still somewhat healthy) AND gluten and dairy free. These were a pleasant surprise and tasted just like "real" banana bread when warm! I think I'll leave out the added sugar next time. 




I got these silicone donut molds on Amazon for $9 after seeing my inspiration John (@mudhustler_official on Instagram) make so many awesome donuts lately. Check out his recipes here  (9 SmartPoints for a WHOLE PAN of brownies? OK!)


Ingredients
3 eggs
1/4 c white sugar
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1+1/4 c Almond flour
1/4 c Golden ground flax meal
1 pinch salt
1 overripe (freezer) banana
1/4 c Enjoy Life mini semisweet chocolate chips

Glaze dip:
Powdered sugar, Almond milk, splash vanilla extract


Directions
Blend until smooth and bake in PAMed molds for 15 minutes at 350!
Made 9 donuts
Dip in glaze while still warm

Try and eat just one!
